Why Vetta exists
The problem was
never the candidates.
After over a decade placing engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects with financial institutions and enterprises across the region, the bottleneck was consistent: not talent availability, but the hiring process itself.
CVs reviewed inconsistently. Shortlisting criteria that drifted between mandates. Decisions that could not be explained after the fact. Pipelines that stalled because nobody knew whose move it was.
When a hiring decision was challenged by a regulator, an auditor, or a rejected candidate, there was no audit trail to stand behind. Vetta is what we built to fix that.

Requirements evolve, expectations shift mid-search, and the gap between what is written and what is actually needed has never been wider. Layer on unstructured screening, indefensible shortlists, and decisions with no audit trail, and you have a process that does not hold up. Vetta treats all of it as an engineering problem.
Shurvir Arora leads nSearch Technologies across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He holds an Honours degree in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from the National University of Singapore, with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence. That technical grounding is uncommon among people who have also spent years running senior tech hiring mandates for financial institutions, digital banks, and government organisations.

Operations opened in the UAE, extending the same structured, sector-specific approach to enterprise clients across the Gulf and broader Middle East.
nSearch Technologies established
The technology division of nSearch Global was formally established to own and develop AI-powered products. Vetta development begins in earnest.
